Brittany Griner, by Jon M. Fishman

This book is about a daddy's girl/WNBA player named  Brittney Griner.  Growing up in Houston Texas she love to play outside, climb trees, race dirt bikes and help her dad fix cars.  In middle school she played volley ball and soccer.  In 9th grade since Brittney was tall the volleyball coach, and other sports coaches, told her to try basketball.  So she did.  After being a great basketball player in highschool it was time for her to put herself in the draft for WNBA.  She was picked first and was put on the Phoenix Mercury.  Brittney played a great center in WNBA.  Brittney's height helps her make a lot of points.

I liked this book because it shows how girls can be just as good as boys at basketball.
