Arisa: Book 1, by Natsumi Ando

A girl named Arisa meets with her twin sister she has been writing to.  But that day at Arisa's house, her sister sits on the windowsill and jumps!  (You have to read the whole series.  You will fall in love with it).

I liked this book because it is an awesome manga.

Two other series I would recommend are:  Say I Love You, and Chibi Vampire
